Abstract:

The calculation of costs for three recultivation phases during soil recovery to background indicators is presented in the article. The effective methods for soil ecosystem are based on the use of microorganism activity. The method of soil recultivation consisting of three phases is presented: the first phase including the assessment of the territory, i. e., the depth of system change, and the determination of the directionality of recovery works; the second phase including the assessment of the residual phytotoxicity by a test sowing of crops with simultaneously conducting agrotechnological measures to improve the agrophysical soil properties to create favorable conditions for the purpose of intensifying the petroleum and its products biodegradation processes; the third phase including the sowing of perennial grasses for the natural biocenoses restoration. The calculation of the cost of restoring the territory of the oil and gas Zhirnovskiy district of Volgograd region on a plot of 3300 square meters showed that it is necessary to remove 9068 tons of soil contaminated with petroleum products, and the cost of the amount of restoration work will amount to 66.027 million rubles. As a result of the cost calculation of soil restoring to background indicators, a specific amount of losses amounting to about 200 million rubles per ha was determined
